FOOD + BEVERAGE

A taste to remember.

A taste to remember.

We eat first with our eyes.

Last year it was all about homemade sourdough bread, gourmet meals to-go from your favorite neighborhood bistro, and finding ways to dine out safely. This year we’re all searching for food and experiences that will help us reconnect, build community, and quality that we can trust.

And then there's the food. The bakery case, the Instagram photos, the artistic effort that goes into presentation that all play a part in engaging us long before the first smells, the first taste make their way to our senses.

As diners eagerly return to the good old days of dining out, we help you communicate the value of the in-person experience and the care and intention that each member of your team has put into your guest’s meal long before their plate arrives at the table.

Joe's Restaurant

Bainbridge Island, WA

Start with a blank canvas and create a fresh take on Italian-American inspired cuisine That's exactly what we did we did when we created Joe's Restaurant.  With a little inspiration from the famous Joes (Joe Peschi, Joe Frazier, Sgt. Joe Friday, and of course Chef Joe) we built a new restaurant reminiscent of those classic neighborhood Italian places, with a menu based around house-made pasta and the sauces your nona used to make. Add a well-trained waitstaff dressed in white shirts and bistro aprons, and all of the little touches like house matchbooks and classic cocktails, and open into a pandemic with Joe's To-Go.

Wildly successful? You bet. And it certainly wasn't just due to good luck.

Mora Ice Cream

Bainbridge Island, WA

Artisan ice cream makers with an amazing success story to tell. Two ice cream entrepreneurs set out to share their passion for a taste of home with Argentine-style ice cream. A dozen years later this nationally acclaimed frozen treat has won praise from Martha Stewart to Food & Wine, and expanded from their flagship store on a small island west of Seattle, to brick-and-mortar shops in Nevada and South Carolina. We helped the owners land national press and make the A-lists of Best Ice Cream, and the rest as they say, is history!

Pleasant Beach Donuts

Bainbridge Island, WA

When the world as we knew it suddenly seemed to stop, we knew that there was a need to create human connection and a little bit of nostalgia to keep us all connected. Fast forward to donuts! Something quick, easy and delicious that offers a little bit of joy in every bite. Working with the creative idea of Chef Joe Benish and his all-natural sourdough starter, Pleasant Beach Donuts and his original hand-cut sourdough donuts were born.  Late Spring of 2020 as we all ventured out of our houses again, these fresh artisan donuts were worth the wait in a socially-distanced line that stretched down the block.

We added the magic of the classic pink bakery box and playful branding of our running donut and tagline "get 'em ...before they run out!", and we delivered a heartwarming way to remind folks that hope is alive and well in the shape of a fresh, hand-cut sourdough donut.
